Galucho® began 8 years ago as a family development because we are fans of barbecue and knives, which in our own house for years have had machinery to sharpen and assemble knives.
The knives are handmade by Argentine artisans. No two are the same.
The materials they carry are all from different parts of the country: the woods from both the south and the north; the bones from different refrigerators and worked in formalin; the horns are found in the different fields of the province of Buenos Aires and Entre Ríos.
The factory is in the interior of the country and all the artisans are from Federal, Entre Ríos, which is the cradle of Argentine cutlery. Several work in Galucho knives, since the beginning and they are adding their relatives.
