All orders are subject to approval.
We have taken great care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that the details, descriptions and prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing. However, we will only accept orders if there are no material errors in the description of the Products or its price as advertised on this website. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus VAT at the current rate and delivery charges as set out during the checkout process. We do not charge your credit or debit card until we dispatch your order. Items in your Shopping Cart will always reflect the most recent price displayed on the item’s Products detail page.
Please note that no VAT exemption will be granted for online orders.
All Products are subject to availability. Validly stated prices on our website remain in effect for so long as the Products is available or as otherwise stated on our website. We will inform you as soon as possible if the Products you have ordered are not available.
You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on ‘submit order’ on the final page of our ordering process.
It is your responsibility to verify that your email address is in proper working order and must assume the risk of all consequences for transmission or operational failures.
Acknowledgement and Acceptance of Your Order
We will notify you by email as soon as possible to acknowledge receipt of your order and to provide you with an order number. If we are unable to fulfil your order following this acknowledgement, we will contact you by email or telephone advising you of this. We will confirm acceptance of your order by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the Products have been dispatched (“Dispatch Confirmation”). A legally binding contract between us will be formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation (or, in the unlikely event that a Dispatch Confirmation is not sent due to a processing error, when we dispatch the Products to you) (“Contract”). We may not accept your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock if we have identified a Product error or if we are unable to obtain authorization for your payment.
In the case of a stock shortage or refused payment authorization by banking institutions, Wholesenses Products Corp reserves the right to cancel or suspend any pre-order until its shipment.
Payment can be made by any of the following methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, WeChat Pay and Apple Pay. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account at the point at which your order is dispatched. You confirm that the credit or debit card being used is yours. Please note that all credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the issuer of the card. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to pay or does not for any reason authorize payment to Wholesenses Products Corp, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of Products. We retain the legal ownership of all Products until full payment has been made by you and received by us and legal ownership of the Products will immediately transfer back to us if we refund any payment for the Products to you. Risk in the Products transfers to you upon delivery.
All sale products are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days, starting from the following day after the order was placed. If for some reason processing times are longer than usual, we will notify you via email.
Please note, we ship Monday through Friday 9-5 EST. This excludes weekends and major holidays.
You will automatically know when your Order has been placed.

We are currently shipping to addresses within the United States and we cannot ship to Post Office Boxes.
We promise to prepare, package and ship your order with great care for its journey to you from our office in Miami, Florida.
Orders are shipped via USPS and typically arrive within 3-5 business days from the date of shipment.
In the near future we will be shipping to most countries, excluding those listed in the OFAC sanctioned countries list.
Continental USA shipping
For the standard shipping option, we use USPS Priority Mail (with tracking number) which can take approximately 3-10 business days to arrive from the ship date.
Outside continental USA and International Shipping (Not available yet)
We use a tracked shipping service. International shipping does vary in time depending on exact location. Please note, this does not include any delays experienced at customs. Express shipping times will vary.
International shipping costs will be quoted according to shipping destination and size of the order.
We will contact you letting you know these costs and carrier for you to approve and pay by payment button.
Wholesenses Products Corp is not responsible for customs, taxes, duties, and tariffs. These charges are set by your country – we are not able to influence or control the rate at which you are charged. We suggest you contact your country’s customs office if you are concerned about the charges that may occur. Again, Wholesenses Products Corp does not set these rates, nor do we have control over them.
You should inspect the Products upon receipt and check that everything specified on the delivery note is included. You will be deemed to have accepted the order unless you notify us (and return the Products in accordance with your cancellation rights or other statutory rights.
Our goal at Whole-senses is to provide everyday solutions for the modern lifestyle. For this reason, we are here to serve you with returns and exchanges information.
Items returned must be unopened, in original packaging and sellable condition.
We will gladly accept returns of unused products that is returned within 14 days of receipt of the order. Please contact us to request a return. Please do not ship product back to us without an approved return merchandise authorization, or we may not be able to accept your return. Your original shipping cost will not be refunded, and we will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund amount.
If your return request is approved, you will be emailed a prepaid priority USPS return label. Once received, your return will be processed, and we will process a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive an email notification that your refund has been processed.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us at to let us know what went wrong. It is our goal to provide excellent customer service, and we will strive to make it right.
If you can provide an image of the bottom label of the item, we will be able to provide that information to our quality control team so that they can research possible explanations for poor performance.
We hope you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a refund or exchange on unopened and unused, full-priced items within 30 days of your purchase date (adjustable per COVID-19).
If upon arrival, any part of your order is damaged, please email email@example.com as soon as possible and include your order number and a picture of the damage. Any inquiry must be received by Wholesenses Products Corp within 14 days of the purchase date (adjustable per COVID-19). Please note: Once product is removed from its original protective packaging; we cannot be responsible for any further damage due to improper handling.
Candle Care Guidelines
✔ During each candle use, it is recommended to burn long enough for a smooth and even surface without a tunnel, always let the wax pool reach the edge.
✔ Trim candle wicks to 1/4″ before lighting. Keep candle free of debris and any foreign material, including matches, wick trimmings or other flammable items into the candle.
✔ Keep candles away from curtains, rugs or anything that could ignite.
✔ Do not burn candles in a draft.
✔ Always keep candles in sight when in use and keep away from children and pets. Diffusers are useful for places where you want to provide fragrance but can’t keep an eye on a candle.
✔ Never move a burning candle. Allow the candle to cool and wax to solidify before moving. The candle container and/or wax can become extremely hot when in use.
✔ Only burn the candle on a stable, flat, and fire-resistant surface. Never put a candle directly on a surface that is flammable or could be damaged by heat or oil.
